Edmonton In-fill projects are ramping up for the busy 2015 season in Edmonton Real Estate. There will be dozens of new duplexs's that will hit market this spring in Edmonton that will offer a super value over many other forms of duplex's in Edmonton.

These Edmonton duplex properties will have fully finished basements with seperate entrances so that you can rent out the basement, and will make it easier on potential home owners to debt service these properties. Be aware when you are purchasing one of these properties, many of them are actually condo's and will have rules and regulations. The builders do this to save themselves money on bringing utilities into a property (approx 30k).
