“Above and beyond the call”, this is what I think of Brent Sheppard. Brent Sheppard had our house listed hours after we had signed the listing contract, which was on Sunday.
Monday at 10:00 am Brent had a coupe of showings set up for the day. Our house was in a state of ruins from our two year old and my wife was at work. Brent met me at my house by noon and with his help the house was ready to show in an hour. Four days later we received our first offer.
My wife and I bombarded Brent with a million questions which he answered very diligently. Brent’s marketing plan had our house everywhere. The MLS, MLX, CREB, his own website, real estate magazines and in the real estate paper, our house was famous. After a week of marketing we saw so much of our own house that we wanted to buy it!
Brent is conscientious, highly skilled real estate agent who will sell your home. Brent’s market analysis, keen insight to pricing will serve up your house to buyers like a seven course meal at Teatros. When we decide to move again I will hire Brent Sheppard to sell my house again.
