No one is asking you to turn a pigs ear into silk purse. But having a keen sense of aesthetic and common sense can go along way. No home is perfect but remem- ber it’s perfect for someone.

Being too busy is a plus in this business.What we tend to forget is that cutting corners during that time is not the MaxWell way. It can get faster than you’ve ever imagined and you’ll have to keep your head in the game.
Remember, a career in Real Estate is not for everyone. It takes a real self starter. Someone who understands that it’s never going to bea 9-5 job.And where your clients needs will always come first. Your phone will always be on and weekends are filled with people.
