- An annual due of $100.00 is payable each calendar year.

Land title searches are done on all listings at a charge of $7.50 unless a copy of the title accompanies the listing.
There is no extra assessment for property or business tax. Upon request, we will deduct G.S.T. and Income Tax for you. A security deposit of $200.00 is payable at commencement.
Pagenet provides your dispatch service at $10.00 per month which includes the use of a pager. After hours answering service by Tiger Tel is $10.00 per month.
A maintenance and creativity charge of $15.00 per month for the MaxWell Web Site
