I’m writing in regard to our experience of selling and purchasing a home with Real Estate agent Janet Miller of Sutton Group. We moved to Douglasdale Estates in August of 1997, and quickly realized that we wanted to be in Lake Bonavista. We met Janet Miller at community events, and she began showing us what was available. It was a very busy market at the time, so when Janet showed us the home we wanted in Lake Bonavista, we made the scary decision to buy it before even listing our home in Douglasdale. Janet immediately began marketing our home, and truly going above and beyond the call of duty. We encountered many obstacles, with our bank and our lawyers, and Janet was willing to deal directly with them, making it all seem easy. Whenever we had a problem, concern or even just a question, Janet was always available by telephone. She worked hard to sell our home, and the pay-off came within two weeks.

On moving day, we were in for some personal touches from Janet that I hesitate to give details on for fear of setting a precedent, but that made a hectic and stressful time much more bearable. Suffice it to say that again Janet outdid herself as a Realtor. We are now living in our beautiful home in Lake Bonavista, and Janet has continued to be a great source of knowledge and expertise. We had a problem of water damage shortly after we moved in, and Janet was there, working with the home inspection company and our lawyers on our behalf.
