I’m Colleen Gillies, a trusted Edmonton Realtor with MaxWell Realty. I was born and raised in Edmonton and grew up on the city’s north side, which gives me a genuine understanding of local neighbourhoods, market trends, and how different areas of the city fit different lifestyles.

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as an educational behaviour therapist and youth worker. Those roles taught me how to advocate for people, communicate clearly, manage complex situations, and guide others through major decisions with patience and care. That background continues to shape how I support my real estate clients today.

I work with buyers and sellers across Edmonton and surrounding communities, including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Sturgeon County, Lac St Anne County, Brazeau County and Strathcona county and many more.
