Ethan Tchir

Ethan grew up in Strathcona County as the second oldest of five, spending his early years on a large acreage before moving to Sherwood Park for high school with his family. His background in team sports—baseball, badminton, volleyball and basketball—built the discipline, teamwork and competitiveness he brings to his real estate career today. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, hunting, camping and hiking across Alberta.

Driven by a genuine passion for helping people, Ethan has participated in mission trips across Ontario, Mexico and El Salvador, where he helped build homes through Shelter Canada. His work history is equally hands-on and diverse, including positions with a home builder, a machining company, contaminated site remediation, Precision Drilling and a global environmental consulting firm where he tested soil and groundwater for contamination.

Holding a diploma in Land Resource Management from Olds College, Ethan brings a strong understanding of land, construction and property value. Combined with his natural people skills, strong communication, experience on his townhouse condo board and a deep-rooted work ethic, he offers clients a high level of professionalism and care.
