Greetings, from Beaumont, AB. My name is Marina Carl and I am a REALTOR® with MaxWell Heritage Realty. I enjoyed working with Coldwell Banker Hinton Real Estate in 2012 as an office administrator and then 2013 -2021 I launched my real estate career in residential, commercial and rural licensing . Relocating out East I landed with Coldwell Banker Haida Realty (2021-2024) . I was fortunate to raise a family of three sons and four step children in Hinton from 2006 - 2021. Then in 2021 Beaumont, AB became my home, my community and my little bit of heaven on earth. As the co-owner of a forestry-consulting firm (since 1994), I had an intimate understanding of the Alberta rural area, its people and its history. And as my husband and I have both lived in Edmonton, I am familiar with the wonderful attractions the city and surrounding area have to offer. I see my role as a REALTOR® as a proud spokesperson for my home in Beaumont, AB, and I am always pleased to share my knowledge of the area with clients, visitors. Beaumont is a colourful, vibrant community, which treasures its location in a spectacular part of our province and opens wide its arms to newcomers. I am also past Board member of the Hinton & District Chamber of Commerce business network and Alberta West Realtors Association for two terms . My professional background includes accounting, bookkeeping and customer service representation, which affords my clientele both financial knowledge and strong communications skills. My diverse yet complimentary work experience has also enabled me to relate to people from all places and walks of life.
