Patti Proctor is a successful Realtor® who has lived in Edmonton her whole life. For over 25 years, she has enjoyed sharing her love of this city with current and new residents alike. Patti works hard at not just being an incredible advocate for her current clients, but also in keeping a great business relationship with past clients as well. A good Realtor® knows that repeat clients are a measure of service and satisfaction, and Patti strives to provide the best of both to her clients to build a strong connection. In a fast-moving world, Patti feels it’s important to haveall parts of a list or sale handled professionally. That is why she has built a team of qualified support members to assist with all the steps from listing to offer to closing on each transaction. Always socially-minded, Patti believes in giving back to her community. A portion of every commission that Patti makes is donated to charity. She gives back to both the Edmonton Humane Society and Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS.) Patti is married to her long-time husband John Devlin.
