Having been a real estate associate since 2004, I have experienced every type of market.  I serve all of the greater Edmonton Region.  I am a long time Alberta resident who is very familiar with both city life, and a rural lifestyle. This area offers so much choice!  I work closely with trusted suppliers like inspectors, mortgage brokers & lawyers to make the move as hassle free as possible.  I really enjoy country living, the natural spaces and the big open sky. Our area is unique in that it offers an opportunity to live in the city, a smaller community just outside the city or in the country not far from a major centre.  You can do 'really rustic' or you can have all the modern conveniences, it’s your choice.  Love animals? We can talk about that too, where you can have them, how many you can have, whether it be your beloved pet in a condo or many animals on an acreage.  Do you want recreational options?
