About Kimberly
MaxWell Devonshire Realty (Sherwood Park)
Born and raised in rural Strathcona County, I proudly call Sherwood Park my hometown. A country girl at heart, I continue to enjoy acreage living with my family just east of town.
In 2016, my family purchased a piece of land to build our dream home. Throughout the construction process, I took on the role of general contractor and was heavily involved in many aspects of the build. That hands-on experience, combined with years of home renovations, has given me valuable knowledge and practical skills that I bring to my real estate career.
Real estate has always been a part of my life. Coming from a large extended family with deep roots in the industry, I am proud to carry on that legacy. My father, Ronald Sabo, and several of his siblings founded Sabo Brothers Realty Ltd. in Edmonton in 1971. Through his guidance and mentorship, I learned the importance of strong negotiation skills, building meaningful relationships, and always putting loyalty and trust first. These values continue to guide the way I serve my clients today.
When I’m not helping clients buy or sell homes, I enjoy spending time with my family camping, fishing, ATVing, biking, hiking, and skiing. Photography is one of my greatest passions, and I love capturing special moments and beautiful landscapes. I’m also an avid hockey fan—especially when it comes to cheering on the Oilers. Above all, I value staying connected with friends and family, while always enjoying the opportunity to meet new people and build lasting relationships.
