I just listed 2 new bungalows in north edmonton. They will both be on the mls by tomorrow. They both have 3 bed up and one of them has a fully finished basement with 2 bedrooms. Right now there is less inventory in north west edmonton and it is an amazing time to sell your home as prices are on the rise!

This evening I visited several showhomes in the Erin ridge north neighborhood of St Albert. There were showhomes by daytona homes, sarasota homes, veneto homes and several smaller custom builders. The finishing in these units were top notch withh all of them including granite, islands and bonus rooms. There are also lake/pond lots available for sale in this area right behind the costco.

There is one new school being built in Erin ridge, It will be k-9 and there will also be a new school being built in the newly approved Jensen lake community. Lots are not yet for sale but this will be an amazing new area similar to Edmontons summerside. There will be a beach at Jensen lakes, non motorized swimming, it will be stocked with fish and more. I have more information about this area please contact our team with questions. Jensen lakes in St albert will be the most sought after neighborhood and I have heard lot values will be fair!
