 How long have you been in real estate and what prompted the change to becoming a broker/owner?

“I’ve been in real estate for 18 years with a heavy focus on property management. In order to expand my business and take on additional rental inventory, the next step to take was to start my own brokerage. I hope to make strides in the first year to greatly expand inventory and
