Well, the month of June was definitely a better month than the previous three months.  The total sales within Calgary was 1,747 units.  The monthly sales activity was nearly 2% lower than activity in 2019, however it was a huge improvement compared to the declines over 40%.  The new listings were 3,335 or a 6% increase over June 2019.
